Working with Graphics
Liquid Cinema has the ability to render graphics live during playback. Separating the graphics layer from the video allows graphics to be placed in 3D space independent of the video. Graphics can also be controlled by the viewer’s gaze and be utilized as interactive elements.
Importing Graphics Into Your Project
You can import JPEG and PNG files into your Liquid Cinema project.
1. To import a graphic, drag and drop it anywhere on the authoring tool. You can drag and drop multiple files.
2. The Authoring Tool will prompt you with a dialogue that confirms the graphic you are importing and assigns a language it. By default, it will assign the two letter language code of your project’s default language. If you wish to assign a graphical asset to another language on a multi-lingual project you can type in a specific Two Digit ISO Language Code.
You can also add a two-digit language code to your graphics filename before importing. Use the following format: filename_xx.png or filename_xx.jpg with xx being the two-digit language code. The authoring tool will recognize and confirm the language attribution when you import a graphics file named using this convention.
3. Click OK to import the graphic into your project.
